Brunel de la Gardine Côtes-du-Rhône Villages 2022

HK$315.00

Deep ruby/purple. Vibrant aromas of ripe red and black fruits (raspberry, cherry, plum), hints of garrigue (thyme, rosemary), and a touch of black pepper. Medium to full-bodied, showing the warmth of the vintage with juicy fruit, soft, approachable tannins, and balanced acidity. Friendly and fruit-forward.

Specifically crafted for early enjoyment. Drink now for its vibrant fruit. Best 2024-2028. Perfect for casual drinking, no need for extensive decanting. Great value and versatility.

About Brunel de la Gardine

Located in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine de la Gardine (often referred to as Brunel de la Gardine) is a renowned, family-owned estate steeped in Rhône tradition, established by Gaston Brunel in the mid-20th century, and now run by the 3rd and 4th generations (Patrick and Maxime Brunel).

They are celebrated for their traditional style with finesse: While deeply traditional (using concrete tanks, large foudres), they emphasize balance, elegance, and freshness over sheer power, often achieving remarkable drinkability relatively young while maintaining aging potential.
