Premier Cru is a French wine shop in Sai Ying Pun. We focus on wines from Burgundy, Champagne, Rhone Valley and Bordeaux.
We also stock a small selection from Beaujolais, Jura, Loire and less known regions of France.

Like most things in life, wine tends to be a balance between our subjective thoughts, feelings and perspectives. Balanced with the objective facts and the evidence of wine, producers, grapes, microclimats etc.

We always try to create an enjoyable and comfortable environment for people. Likewise we attempt to choose our wines as a team to have a diverse selection. Going as far as having the selection of other expressions from outside of France.
